Temple Beth-El Ithaca, New York

About

Based on principles of community, social responsibility, pluralism and repairing the world Temple Beth-El Youth Program encourages youth to find personal relevance in Judaism, Jewish peoplehood and Israel.

We believe that youth have a distinctive role in their community: to ask questions, push boundaries, & redefine what it means to be Jewish – in America and in the world. We strive to create a safe, fun, social environment that also includes a focus on education, leadership and community service.

TBE Youth activities are built on a framework that emphasizes three core facets:

-Education
-Social Action
-Fun

We are dedicated to connect, inspire and enpower Jewish teens to make an enduring commitment to their Jewish identity, Israel & community. We provide monthly activities for the following age groups:

- Maccabiahs 345: grades 3-5;

- Kadima: grades 6-8;

- USY: grades 9-12
